Thank You, Jeremy: A Note of Gratitude from Jordan

After serving the Needle's Eye community for three and a half years, overseeing small groups and cohort ministry, Jeremy Woltz will be leaving our team in mid-April for a great new opportunity as a financial advisor.   Jeremy has been particularly impactful in helping get our cohort ministry off the ground, working with volunteer leaders to serve many industries, and in partnering with Second Half to support and train their small group leaders.  His ability to make anyone feel welcome, along with his energy and enthusiasm, have made him a great emcee at events and lunch gatherings.  We are excited for him with this new opportunity-as a former pastor who will now work in finance, he's a great example of how any job can be ministry if done for the Lord and to bless others.

On a more personal note, I am thankful for Jeremy-he came into an organization in transition, with a role that evolved multiple times during his tenure, and took on the added challenge of working for a friend (me).  His constant positivity, servant's heart, and sense of humor have been a huge gift to the team and to me personally and we'll miss having him in the office.

If Jeremy's leadership and kindness have blessed you, please reach out and join us in thanking him!
