faith & work community

We invite you to join us in transforming work lives and workplaces through holistic change along three dimensions.

Identity

  • From – Saved but unrenewed, living in your Old Self

To – Wholly His, bringing your whole New Self to your work and workplace

You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. Ephesians 4: 22-2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Romans 12:2

Purpose

  • From – Me and my plans, worldly success driven

To – Him and His kingdom, compelled by Christ’s love

you were called to freedom…do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. Galatians 5: 13-14. …not by way of eye-service, as people-pleasers, but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart. Ephesians 6:6

Influence

  • From – Scarcity and control, self-focused and prioritized

To – Abundance and freedom, servant hearted

Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. 1 Cor 15:58. As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead. James 2:26

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Needle’s Eye Ministries is a member of the National Association of Evangelicals (NAE). Needle’s Eye subscribes to the NAE Statement of Faith and embraces it as our own.

  • We deeply value the role of the church and work to create ongoing partnerships with churches who are interested in expanding discipleship for marketplace people in their congregation. LEARN MORE

Meet the staff.

Our staff at Needle’s Eye are passionate about embodying the vision and values of our faith and work community. “If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. If they were all one part, where would the body be? As it is, there are many parts, but one body.” 1 Corinthians 12:17-20 NIV
