ABOUT OUR SPEAKER

Nicole Mason is the founder of Glean LLC, a mission focused company with the purpose of creating job opportunities. While working in mental health, Nicole decided there were additional ways to help families in need. In 2016, she launched Glean, a commercial cleaning company to create low-barrier and sustainable jobs. Her hope is to help people generate income through self-sufficiency. Part of Glean’s focus is to find ways to support the unemployed or underemployed by connecting them to local opportunities in cleaning. Nicole is uncompromising in her desire to treat all people with the dignity and respect they are due as God’s image-bearers, and strives to uplift and edify everyone with whom she comes into contact.
