State of the Ministry 2025: Our Team
Why I’m thrilled that Leanne Lytle has joined our team as our Director of Ministry
Faithful Christian leaders need firm theology and a soft heart…and Leanne has both.
Leanne has the unique and necessary combination of knowing when to speak truth using grace and kindness and when truth-telling requires being more direct and challenging. Her commitment to submitting to God’s Will and Word and her love for people are immediately apparent. Having come from a career in secular workspaces, she is eager to help others see their work as worship and help them grow in Christ and be witnesses at work. She has an associate’s degree in Biblical Studies (in addition to a Bachelor’s in Counseling and a Master’s from Vanderbilt in Child Studies) and a strong theological foundation.

State of the Ministry 2025: New Building
Why I’m so thankful for the new building
We believe God provided us with this beautiful new building so we could steward it toward spiritual growth, unity, and community:
1. As a training ground for marketplace disciples and disciple-makers (Matthew 28:18-20).
Our beautiful event space provides us increased opportunities to pour into believers and equip them to be disciples of Jesus at work, represent Christ everywhere they go, and invest in other believers so they too might grow in maturity and Christlikeness. We can host more people more frequently and with greater intentionality. From Faith & Work Lunches to cohort gatherings to Discipleship @ Work trainings, this space is perfect for our needs.
