Lisa Rattner, Director of Small Group Ministry

As the Small Group Coordinator, Lisa serves and supports NEM small groups, now numbering more than 40. She assists in coaching and growing group leaders and members in group dynamics and other areas, and she also connects people touched by NEM’s outreach programs (Monthly Speaker Series, special events, etc.) to NEM small groups. Lisa believes her primary role as Small Group Coordinator is to nurture and shepherd relationships.

Lisa is married to Bill, and they have three children and attend Commonwealth Chapel. She loves walking, reading, homeschooling their youngest son, comic banter, making family movies and being with their small group.
